You will take on a roll in a M&A price negotiation, working together with the Eight Advisory team on a preparational Due Diligence to gather insights for your buy- or sell-side client. In a first step, you will be presented with a financial model, which we like you to adjust and enhance in accordance with project specific data and structures. This involves understanding of the value drivers and implementing the business case into the financial model. To determine the true value for your client you need to value potential synergies additionally. In the last phase you will present your client in a real-life price negotiation with your counter side to secure the highest value-add for your client!
