Citi: Germany Female Mentorship Program

Are you interested in learning more about the Banking industry? Perhaps you know where you would like to be but want to find out how to get there? Building on our successful program in 2021, Citi is very excited to once again be offering an exclusive Mentorship Program in Germany for female university students who are interested in pursuing a career in Banking.

Successful candidates will be assigned a mentor from our Citi Frankfurt team, mostly focussing on: 

•Investment Banking: Advising clients on high profile strategic transactions in the space of Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets 

•Corporate Banking: Providing our multinational clients with differentiated service, both where they operate today and when they grow tomorrow, with the full Corporate Banking product suite, from payments, hedging, lending to capital markets 

•Markets: Providing financing solutions to the world’s leading corporations, governments and institutional investors 

Mentees will benefit from a six months program and will be supported in building their career profile, knowledge of Citi and the Banking industry. This is a unique opportunity to receive one-toone advice and guidance and discover if a career in Banking is right for you.
